Appointments

  • Please arrive with no make-up on the treatment area

  • Ensure your client consent/waiver is completed before your appointment or arrive 10 minutes early to do so.

  • To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required. This must be paid via bank transfer before your appointment. Bank details will be provided in the client waiver form, which you'll receive by email. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellations

  • Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Late arrivals/No shows

  • If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

  • No shows will be charged 50% of the service and must pay in full when re-booking.
